Janelle Ordiales started her ballet studies with Edmundo Ronquillo at the Ronquillo School of Dance. From 1997 to 2003 she studied Ballet, Pointe and Partnering at the Mencia-Pikieris School of Dance. She is currently a College Student at New World School of the Arts, teaches Hip-Hop, Ballet and Jazz at the Mencia-Pikieris School of Dance and teaches Ballet, Jazz and Tap for New Image Dance Company.

Recent work experiences have found her as a regular guest for Food Networks Ham on the Street show, a VMA dancer for P. Diddy with choreographer Lorie Ann Gibson and as a Nuestra Juventud Dancer for Olga Tanon with choreographer Anivel.

She has been a company member of Frederick Bratcher Dance Company and is currently a member of the Miami Dance Project.
